AC0002 – Antimitotic Inhibitor

AC0002 is a small molecule compound that potently binds to tubulin, inhibiting its polymerization into microtubules and thereby causing mitotic arrest and apoptosis. Experiments using a panel of in vitro and in vivo models indicate AC0002 has potential activity across a number of cancer types, and anti-cancer activity in cell lines resistant to conventional chemotherapy.

Further preclinical studies are ongoing to define the most appropriate anti-cancer setting(s) for AC0002 prior to Phase 1 clinical trials.

Our goal is to file an IND for AC0002 and advance its development to the Phase 1 clinical stage.
